John Sage Consulting

With effect from July 2009, John Sage who recently left the Tenant Services Authority where he was Head of Regulation for the South East, will be working as an associate.

John has extensive housing experience having worked in the social housing sector for thirty four years. The majority of this time was spent in regulation and this has given him a unique insight and grasp of the issues and challenges faced by the sector.

He has particular expertise in governance and management control arrangements but also has a background in service delivery. In addition to these skills John brings a specific knowledge of the regulatory and supervisory framework to the consultancy.
